UTILIZATION
- Mache super nice (Rock - Blues) (Rhythm and Solo)
- Ergonomics perfect, it's a Jumbo, A good? Not even seen, great!
- The weight and light for a jumbo.
- The acute accces to perfect until the 15th box. After it is good only until the end of the strings and so mi.
In acoustics, the sound is perfect. Less powerful than it should for a jumbo. This is the result, in my opinion, a subtle balance of the serious-mid-high, which means that the sound is held in perfect balance
CEOS is shuttered, but it's lovely, is not new in takamine!
But most important: This guitar is sold with super high strings to the handle. We must therefore remove the string and remove all the blocks under the horse. After that, the strings are a little high (for me) but it's very playable. It is playing the adjustment of the handle must be able to further reduce height, but I have not yet done. The rest is 10/10, nothing to say it's all good. Everything exudes quality and this guitar is really well finished (completely in contradiction with the problem of chord height ???).
Little reflection on the problem of the strings too high (the general problem of all EG523SC): Takamine seems to lack confidence (wrongly!) And prefers to place the strings super high and avoid the risk of rope frieze ... However, the handle is good and what does not exist. Takamine should quickly address this ridiculous problem!
SOUNDS
Rock, Blues, Hard Rock. (AC-DC, Stones, Scorpions, ledzep, Guns ....+ composed characters ...)
The sound is super good acoustics (although low round and bright treble, mids are well balanced). A reproach to her? Yes, a little: lack a little personality, but if the guitarist gives himself a bit of trouble ... It does! I play Rock, Blues, Hard Rock and this guitar suits me perfectly, I love it! Of "AC / DC unplugged" to Angie through the bluesy solo crazy, I'm having with it!
Each note comes off well, I love the clean sound, you can then play on the nuances or force a bit to "dirty" sound a little ...

- I love the ROCK!
- I hate to get a guitar that we should resolve before they can play.
- The value is unbeatable, € 545, which could be better?
