I picked this up at Steve's Music in Toronto for about $500 Canadian.

I love the sound of this thing. Due to the single cutaway, the bass frequency is really booming. The treble end, does not suffer because of this though. This guitar sounds amazing plugged in. Astounding electronics! Excellent playability!

Absolutely nothing. I've read reviews for other Takamine guitars that are made in Korea, (the construction isn't very good, the finish sucks, etc.) and either I got one of the best or these other people got duds.

Beautiful rosewood neck, high quality hardware, and, of course, the exceptional Takamine pre-amp.

I had one other guitar before this one, and three others since, (Charvel, Washburn, Gibson) but I've sold them all. I really think that this is an excellent package. You can't beat the quality for the price!
