Published on 05/19/14 at 18:45The technical characteristics have already been mentioned. Beautiful production, very correct finish, no excess in the sober decoration and good taste. I especially like the balance of its forms. It is very comfortable to hold, not bulky for a jumbo.
UTILIZATION
The handle is ok but I've never found a good compromise string height / limit frieze. Therefore tend to frieze with a normal setting and a game a little stressed.
SOUNDS
The sound is very soft fine, but pure sound, it lacks character power and scope. Electro is perfect, the range of sound is very broad and flexible, balanced, low-pitched, good folk, it gives very strong given the 2 microphones and high performance pre-amplifier. (On Trace Eliott TA100R is perfect).
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 5 years, I must prefer the acoustic qualities and the presence of a Seagull to have been a in the past, however, the electro compromise is excellent especially for a handmade instrument and super quality finishes
