Quote: - What characteristics have motivated your choice?
The price of course ... After having heard a friend's house, store and use a home studio (very) amateur had to choose their monitors.
Made in china, the specifications made in France, is the harsh law of the market. The guys at ptits Prodipe have convinced me so I wanted to trust them.

Preamp, they are connected behind a Mackie Onyx 1620

9 / 10 in this category hard to beat.

SOUNDS

The sound?
On this point it's hard to be objective, they are my first monitors.
The sound rendering is faithful in all media: player, stereo, radio ... no one seems to suffer from a mix made pro 5, it is paradoxically a very unflattering in the lower.
Otherwise, the home-studio owners are not sound very good while the colleague was very dry, but few true musical. I share this opinion enough, make the speakers correctly in all frequencies but they do not sublimate.

8 / 10, again, the value of listening / price is fully consistent with my expectations.

OVERALL OPINION

Quote: - How long have you use it?
Almost a year and I do not menage. We can even say that I frankly abusive.

They can be left on for several days, some applications used for disreputable and so far no sign of weakness. Upon their release, and rightly so, it was question of reliability, for my part it's just RAS.
Finally, less than 300 euros, here the monitors quite correct. Strong, faithful, no real weak point. In this price range, of course, it's a choice we may regret.

8 / 10
This is not monitoring or production of hi-fi music but just an accessory to the person who wants to make music in the fireplace, with the certainty of not being disappointed when entering the car or listening to his Walkman.
