surround 20 channel mixing console; awesome!!

    Phonic mrs 1-20Published on 11/18/11 at 00:45
This is a small surround mixingdesk with a load of features u'll love. I have made an big pile of recordings with this desk and it has never let me down. It has it's own flightcase and is in an cold unheated barn. But fires up everytime.

The desk has DB25 connections wich means it can be daisy chained with another desk. So it's a very versatile desk. It can distribute aux effects over the surround matrix and it can do surround in stereo mixdown.

Only caveat I have with it, it has 60 mm faders. If this would be not the case it would have been a 10 out of 10 console.

    UTILIZATION

It is a clear laid out desk.

    SOUNDS

There are no hisses or noises. The eq is functional.

    OVERALL OPINION

    + the clear sound
+ the ease of use to mix on
    + it's small footprint
    + it's aux matrix

    - 60mm faders
    - the powersupply is not 19 inch rackable.
