Could you give some more info?

is it a laptop, desktop, Mac? what kind of sound card do you have?

check out page 25

normally you should connect the "Group Out" to your soundcard input, and your soundcard output into one of the MG16/6fx's a stereo inputs (such as inputs 9 and 10)
