OVERALL OPINION
Released in 1984, the EX 800 (version expander Poly 800) is now classified among the vintage synths.
Evidenced by the constant blows it generates! Despite this (mild) disability, EX 800 is an excellent synth-up, which will bring a touch of 80's to the latest mixes.
The EX 800 is a very easy synth to program, it is true that Korg could hardly get out a simple expander (1 / 2 DCO, VCF 1 and 3 envelopes)! Still, this synth produces some nice sounds, its main fault lies in the fact that the machine will always start in Omni mode.
With each use, so you have to reset the receive channel.
