EBS HD 350 this amp does not work with lamps or with transistors, but with a simulator lamps. It dlivre a power of 350 Watts.
The head can be connected with cables or Speakon jacks!
You have a gain knob, a compressor, bass, mdium, frquence of mid, high, gloss, drive (set the effect of simulator lamps, more or less important!), Volume gnral .
More a character button, bypass, a transplant from the head to a sound system, and several other CHARACTERISTICS the back of the head.
UTILIZATION
Easy to use and set up, you get fast enough that it sounds DSIR with this head. It is not necessary to be an experienced bass player to get the sound that was in the head. However, we should not spend a few hsiter after noon to learn to know the head and what you can get.
The manual is clear, with very Retailer schmas, not very large and will has the essentials.
SOUNDS
I use this head with two boxes of 2 * 10 in the EBS to play Rock, Jazz Rock, Jazz, Funk .... It's perfect these styles of music. It was unfortunate at times the lack of real lights to play rock. The sound is more "hot".
I use a Marcus Miller Jazz Bass F Bass BN5 and Custom on this amp, can be said that the 5th string perfectly clear that the amp runs perfectly the overkill of the two preamps.
I love that sound very focused medium that is made out of the HD350. Great clarity of sound, a cot a bit too robotic when you want to sound warm. But otherwise great!
OVERALL OPINION
I use this head for a year now, It took me about 2 months to learn to use it properly (I am still very slow!).
I love everything about this head except this little cot his robotic, lacking a little heat.
I try heads SWR, Eden ,...... But this one is my favorite.
The report price is very good quality over the conccurents, a great amp for not too expensive!
If I had to reselect, I repeat the same. Unless I had to play only the rock, I will choose the head EBS Fafner TD or 650 lamps.
