Head D 250W @ 4 ohm / 125W @ 8 ohms, compact (36 x 25 x 7.5 cm) and lightweight (3.2 kg).
Settings on the front: switch "Character" specific to EBS amplifiers that boost the sound in the bass and treble and hollow mediums, gain, compression / limit switch to activate the EQ section, 4-band equalization + brightness, volume.
Front panel connectors: instrument input jack.
Rear connectors: 1 HP output (speakon), a headphone jack 6.3, a line-out jack 6.3, an effects loop (send / return), an XLR line out with ground lift switch and switch pre / post EQ.
A little regret for the absence of the Public Drive (simulation lamp) fitted to the other heads of the brand. Otherwise, it is the EBS, complete and professional!

UTILIZATION

The configuration is instinctive, EQ very well cut, the bright very useful, the compressor a bit too shy.
The setting "Character" can take a shortcut significant if we look a the current.
The English manual is concise and guide the first steps of the user to discover the settings of the amp.

SOUNDS

I play on a JB (active / passive). It is in EBS, with its clear across the frequency spectrum, very faithful to the sound of the instrument, and a sound power far exceeds that found on competing amplifiers in class D. .. I wonder also how manufacturers are to provide guidance as divergent power: for example, literally sprayed my Ampeg Portaflex PF-350 while the latter is expected to deliver over 100W!
I get a very punchy sound for slap, very precise finger to play the bridge pickup, a bit rocky at the mediator on the neck pickup. In active, I reduce the treble below noon, but as I just change the pickups (for Seymour Duncan) and preamp (for Glockenklang) of my bass, I have perhaps not yet the accustomed to this configuration.
The sound palette is richer, more oriented funk / electro that pop / rock, and reminds a lot of big sister HD-350.

OVERALL OPINION

I spent the week to explore it, and I think to have found an excellent amp head match my expectations: a punchy and precise sound, good power, a compact and lightweight head suitable for my travels (mostly on foot and transport).
My HD-350 will be able to settle down at home, and I will give freedom to my Ampeg Portaflex PF-350.
The price seems high for the "Made in China" but appears to be related to the highest quality manufacturing.
I will post an update after my next gig from 10/02.
