« Fender 400 Pro Combo »
Published on 10/06/04 at 15:00I purchased the Fender Pro 400 bass amp combo at Sigler Music in Little Rock, AR. Initially it was for practice purposes only. I got tired of hauling my gig rig around for practice sessions. But after I played at practice I decided it was mean enough for small gigs. I've since ordered the extension cab that Fender makes for this unit. This should almost equal the 8x10 rig I use for gigs now and save a lot weight. Paid $950.00
Casters!!! Really loud for a 2x10 combo. Can get all the sounds that I need for gigs.
Nothing so far.
Appears to be well built. I have not had any problems to date (4 months).
I think it is a well made rig for the money and the player who does not need earth shaking bass. It sould hold up very well in any small club venue and with an extension cab much bigger venues.
