Ibanez SW65

I bought this amp at daddy's junky music in Nashua, N.H.i bought it be cause it sseemed like a good combo to buy, plus it was used and only $150.

this amp is a great buy. I like the tone it gives and how loud it can get. It can get extremly loud with the volume and gin up all the way, but it has a 10dB gain that makes it even louder.its perfect for me to use while playing with my band.

The unit is great but it has a sound limiter, so you have to be carfull on how loud you play it, but it doesnt really matter.

Good quality, kind of heavy for how small it is,55 pounds. Its about two feet tall, 2ft. wide and 2 ft deep.It can lean back,

If biying it new, its only $220 . Great buy, if looking for combo amp, this is the one for you?

The amp is solid state, power is 65watt, there is a limit very useful to avoid damaging the amp is starting to inch kan volume there is a volume knob, gain, bass (low), middle (medium ), treble (high), presence and that's all I think. there came a jack (or damage that is not 2), a left end, which reads out a speaker was the head of Lampl (turned off) and there came a CD.

UTILIZATION

Then use simple hand you die, then you turn the knobs and the sound is cool bin're happy! There is no manual anyway.

SOUNDS

He agree well with my style of music, it is very Polivalente but I play mostly metal with neo. I use a bass G & B (nobody knows this is bizar brand) with a transparent multi effects pedal BOSS ME-50B and a little soon to be Ibanez Ergodyne EDB 605 or 305 SRX, but there is a very very big hick, the we begin a meter of how the sound volume was saturated and the worst we play as a Bourin. I use an adjustable enough neo metal, 0 to middle, bass and background has a trible bottom.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it since Christmas 2004, I did not try many model before it was but I was after trying and I'm really not on, but to whom it means more than I suggest you largely of buy the 100watt model. The price / quality ratio is enormous, for € 250 was a really good amp booster by 65watt. With the experience j'orais surments price model above (100watt) but hey it is still € 444

UTILIZATION

The configuration is very easy to have a good sound is a breeze, I was not personally read the manual (for me were not needed)

SOUNDS

It should be a whole stile of music, no problem to cover my drummer and yet it is as they say a "lumberjack."
I play with a peavey bass milleston a 4 string.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for some time but I'm being very quick.
I love his Polivalente and the deep bass, to his round and warm.
I had a small peavey amp 10 watts (which was also not bad) but it lacks power.
Qu'exellent more value for money.
and in another life I return to the same.

UTILIZATION

Simple and effective you can easily find a good sound, with the HP 12 and piezo configuration we go round the well of good slamming. if not abused rglage "prsence" that with some low tends to make more noise than the brightness.

The manual tlchargeable the site is very simple and clear and in French.

SOUNDS

The amp suits all styles, APRS dpend this instrument. with a low type PB
(Ibanez, G & L) we get easily a sound Of rock and slaps slammin. with bass Oriente JB (ibanez fretless) sounds may very well rounded and sonorous.

I use a Trace Elliot SMX Compressor especially with the PB. I've never pushed the bottom of Gain and Volume + gain in 10 DB rptition because it is sufficient. concert and I put him in position "return" and the output is taken on LineOut PA.

OVERALL OPINION

I purchased second-hand a year ago. I use it a lot in rpeter and home. I would spend probably a more powerful to provide all kinds of concerts.

The report price is excellent quality for the price of new and even more opportunity.

I would do probably this choice, the price that I got I'm not deus o))
