SOUNDS

Perfect? For me, yes
The sound is clean and very well defined. I play a little of everything above (variety, pop, rock, funk, metal) and I do not even use the tweeter or maximum 50%, there is enough with the four bowls that have a very wide bandwidth
It is clear that if you want the sound of the 70s, but go rather to Ampeg, but for the rest, I think it's the best
I play (or have played) it with a Mesa Boogie Basis M2000 head, Genz-Benz Shuttle Max 12.0 or a Markbass Little Mark Tube 800.
Finally, with the equalizer "flat" over the Markbass is granted with this speaker, the sound is well rounded and powerful. The Genz-Benz gives a rendering more "cold", but equally powerful. As for the Mesa, it gives a sound too "dull", it is not made to play on this cabinet.

OVERALL OPINION

This cabinet is very versatile and has a very good performance (106 dB) is not pipo as is the case for other brands
I used since early 2011 with different heads (see above) and I have no worries, even outdoors, it sends no problem
Only negative (like everyone else): LE weight! It weighs a dead donkey that stuff and that's when you have to fight the charge in the car ... but what it sounds: o)
I put 9 because of the weight
PS: I have good bass and good sound amps ... this is a whole, everything must be on the same level, if it does not work on top

cabinet in 2000 (prior to the acquisition of Eden in 2001), bought used with hp coming off (suspension), quickly repaired.
4 hp 10 inch home and a 1 inch tweeter diaphragm.
model into 8 ohms, 45kg, type construction "bunker" super beefy plywood, Mote on wheels with good large handles.
almost indestrutible but ... it's an anvil!

SOUNDS

Extra wide frequency range means any: change attack on the strings, the slightest adjustment of the EQ, the hit on the rope ...
the concern is that it does not forgive! played a note wrong, awkward buzz on a fret, you have to be nickel.
otherwise it is a killer, a crazy dynamics (106db sensitivity, my Markbass cabinet pulls the face off), super transparent, very clean. and precise.
slap this is madness!
concretely what is not "plug and play", we must seek the setting, find the sound but the result is top (you can get a clicking sound, fedora, loaded medium ....)

OVERALL OPINION

used for a few weeks, I am very satisfied.
at first it's a little confusing because of the wide response of the cabinet.
once we start digging we discover new sound, finger-picking takes another dimension.

many consider this cabinet as the best of the best, I can not contradict ... only downside: 45 lbs!

A priori nothing very surprising here 4 HP 10 ", two laminar winds and adjustable tweeter on the rear panel. But the connections dj displays the type of product we are dealing with: 1 Jack 6.35 (normal) and two connectors "banana", like those of HPs fi (!), which also are mounted on the heads of the same manufacturer. Obviously everything is on wheels which stepfather may be a dtail, but given its importance as the weight of the BTE, justified by the same power of 700watts dlivre RMS into 8 Ohms. There's therefore the Reserved!

SOUNDS

I must admit that I have tried it with a 500w amp all lamps (connoisseurs know which I speak) yet, and the sound of this s'chappe bote is simply sumptuous. I was never so severe as prcis t, hot, and incisive once! I have not found my sound so still a little too low mdims which "ride" on my sound, proving that these HPs relocate all know frquences with a huge, almost joyful precision. As for the treble, they are not left behind as the tube filled admirably rle, gre more so than the 2x10 "SWR (Super Redhead notament), producing no breath same background . Finally it seems to have an HP hifi versatile, precise, dynamic and powerful and made of banana prsence suddenly everything seems to us that lgitime.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought this Hp rcente occasion, and can qu'tre pleased this matter in any sense of the word, and must admit to have bought the same without trying. Therefore I can only advise anyone looking for a good 4x10 "that sends and can be fully exploited regardless of the style of music played. So buy the David Eden, is the ball!

It is a 4 * 10 speaker, 700 Watts into 8 ohms. MODEL is the boost that descends below the D-410 standard. I use it with an EDEN WT500 (2 * 300 W amplifier bridgeable to 600 W). I bought them all - c'tait a bundle. I was looking for a 4 * 10 (* 15 in 1) for a good Ractive / fast with a good potato, and a surcrot neutrality of the sound to hear my bass. IDAL C'tait the candidate. I'm not playing with no effect: bass -> amp -> 4 * 10. I put 10 because it's exactly what I wanted.

SOUNDS

The sound is absolutely excellent. It is neutral, ca Ragit incredibly well to the slightest change of legalization. The rponse in acute is good (it's not aggressive at all) and low down the rev down to 10 '. Trs is deep (it's almost a cube), giving a fantastic base for low frequencies. It is also quick slap trs. A real rgal. I put 10 because it really happiness.

OVERALL OPINION

I've had about 6 months. I use it once a week rptition. I love the sound and - most secondary - the look. The weight is acceptable for its size, but it may be a little cumbersome. The quality is paying dearly, but there is no real alternative for fun. J'tais delighted that the bassist was playing on the MODEL Santana at the Montreux Festival this year (with a double amplification based on WT550 I think) and I have no intention of 'change. I will definitely take a deuxime same! 10 because it's so beautiful trs gear.

APRS year UPDATE: I just take one because deuxime j'tais a little lightweight ct of other musicians. Well it's really extraordinary that the ball have a pair of derrire SERIES Cole WT500. The sound has grown much more standard and filled the room with a simple power amp scabies. Run to buy it!
