I already had a speaker from the XL series, but 4x10.J 'were very happy with, that's why I opted for a cabinet in the same series. I wanted the 10 'but not the weight of a 4x10 and other (rare) trademarks which are the 2x10 not offer them at all in the same range of rates!
I added this to my config baffle made of a 15 'Ampeg, for the seat, drive by a head Ampeg B-2R. A Warwick Corvette is plugged into all that.

SOUNDS

Course and as everyone knows, the aluminum cones, must aimer.C is a matter of taste. But this kind of baffle like to play in my apartment was small (no need to push for a move donf membranes) with a decent sound, and brings the momentum needed when I play repeats. It is well with my full 15 '. You just push too treble the bass, which already produces a lot. To slap the AC going very well. It delights me as much as I had the 4x10 XL (AC really had the potato, and a broad spectrum +), but it is very honest, for a weight divided by 2 and much less expensive than 4x10 neodymium. ..

OVERALL OPINION

I for 6 months. Was repeated after some good volume, we see that the vibration is unscrewed the screws side handles ... But hey, we can see that it is pure made in PRC (Peoples Republic of modest initials of China ..) . I screwed the right logo "XL Series", move a screw that connects the grid to put it in the same axis as the others ... the angles are plastoc brittle appearance. In short, for the price it's going, but it was more expensive if I made something else. Very honest
