UTILIZATION

Just received this morning, so I notice hot completed ...
Very easy to use, I have 2 minutes to understand the thing in its broad outlines.
The interface is small but super convenient, it stands out for its ergonomics, the faders are qualities, y 'lights where you need it ... Visually ca farts and how much is simple and effective.
At the moment I tried it with my bass, a SM58 and a Beta78 MB T-bone (static scene).

SOUND QUALITY

WOUAOUUUH!! It roxx!
Preamp is a 'class A and you can hear it now!

It gives the voice a presence, a dynamic, smooth and clear! It literally transcends the original sound of Mics, even the SM58 has a sound quite bland and dull in my opinion is much more clear and present through the Mindprint! The equalizer, even though it seems limited at first, is very effective for this type of decision.

And my low ... ca put it really worth! Having no amp at home (I'm an occasional bass player and I use it mainly for recording my models), the Trio brings me slamming and warmth that was missing previously.
Indeed, so far I have used, first of all, the Bass Attack Hartke from home (though the live studio but ho hum), then the sound card Line 6 Toneport UX2 (already better).
Well I could not find the sound even with the Line6 (at least not enough, modeled too?)
But now, through the TRIO before going on my Line6 bass lines, either with fingers, slap or tapping: CA SONNE! as well as when I record bass through the head Aguilar! say it!
Modeling providing color, body and may lack serious about making a DI.

Oh by the way, the compressor what to bring warmth and glitter! There is only one button, but its setting is subtle and finesse! on bass and vocals great anyway!

The converters also seem to be of great quality.

OVERALL OPINION

It's a massacre! Paid 139 EUROS Thomann!! This is the price of my presonus TubePre purchased will have one year and nothing to ca! I had the opportunity to test a envoice mkII
of the same brand in the studio, and I really feel to find the sound, you might say normal, but hey at that price I could expect to Mindprint the "entry level" ben nay, c ' is good at all!

As for the "problem" of the SPDIF connection mentioned in an earlier opinion (the fact that it is in optical communication with limited hardware audio ...), I would say simply that while only cards or hardware fairly high-end feature (for now, it is said that soon became standardized ca), but that in any case the TRIO has a substantial number of outlets so that there's more that what is needed according me!
Nothing prevents out by the good old analog outputs to enter their card or a table to record or mix! Otherwise, for the followers of all-digital, There are the DAW interface.
So it's a false problem, one can just regret that the SPDIF cable is not RCA, and also that the cable is optional (it is the end of beans ...). Nah, but seriously Y'a nothing crippling or dramatic in this case, in any case this is not a valid reason to kill a product on all criteria!
Otherwise it There's the USB version (acts as an audio interface, it seems, for those who do not) for 20 euros more!

Finally, at this price, do not miss out, it's better than all the Presonus, Arttube, and other Joemeek preamp 'in this price range and more expensive! It is a concentrate of functionality, a preamp 'to do everything, you will improve decision-whatever you want.

There, I complement this notice soon after studying the best from every angle (very soon I will receive a T-Bone SCT 700, static tube!)
To be continued ...
