I wish EQ a bit more understanding giving more logical answer, but it's just a strictly personal opinion; o)

SOUND QUALITY

On this point, nothing to report. I think the SPL brings a little color to her own. Generally speaking, it is most excellent.

SOUND QUALITY

I test on voice, guitar, reading, and on a low branch directly from the instrument ... A killer!
I can not say much more (not used enough but made do with qq please me well. You can feel the grain and roundness.

UTILIZATION

Manual clear, simple configuration,
I use it a lot in live voice and the warm voice clearly saying anything powerful.

I have since September I carrment
fan of quality over price and versatility of the product.

Although I would change the lamp against a Mullard XD

I use it live on the voice (with the limiter and equalizer).
The limiter set properly, gives a good fishing very interesting voice to bring out the voice in a rock band that sends).

Everything is very simple.

SOUND QUALITY

The sound is excellent.
I have the classic version without the Lundahl transformers.
The sound is already very good.

The sound is soft and warm (especially if you increase the settings of harmonic distortion).
This is a harmonic distortion (there is no audible saturation, it reinforces the warmth of sound).

I tried to record my electric guitar amp (with distortion)

HUGE!
I use only the voices, and particulierment live, but I'm sure he would be perfect for the studio and other sources.
the "key" SPL is perfect for me.

OVERALL OPINION

Less than a year as I have, but I never part with it even if he comes to die I bought a direct!
most is the color, and all the extras SPL
the least is that I scorched the lamp after one week, because (apparently related) of a voltage generated by the 48V (not all inclusive explained that the electronics has given new life the beast ...)
I work with RME, Presonnus, Avalon, TLA, but more for the studio, Live is perfect on a voice accompanied by a small KMS105 families.
