Steinberg announces the release of the Cubase Backpack, a bundle for musicians on the go that includes Cubase Artist 7 and a UR22 USB audio interface.
The Cubase Backpack is available in limited edition for the suggested price of 349€, and Steinberg adds that a portion of the sales will go to Joint Aid Management, a humanitarian organization that offers sustainable development and supports a nutritional feeding program in sub-Saharan Africa.
The bundle features the Cubase Artist 7 DAW, with 8 VST instruments, including HALion Sonic SE, the Padshop granular synth and Retrologue, as well as a suite of 43 audio and 18 MIDI effect processors.
The UR22 24-bit / 192kHz USB audio interface features two mic/instruments inputs on TRS/XLR combos with D-PRE mic preamps and 48V phantom power, 2 TRS outputs, a headphone out and MIDI connection.
