It is a delay / sampler / looper 12 bit Sample Rate manually and by a variable modulation (the time delay depends on the sampling frequency).
It has an entry with 3 positions sensibilitées and a gain control and various control inputs to an intrigue with the reading of a sample (sampling mode).
Very handy for live sampler quickly and sequence the sample by the trig of a drum machine.
There is also a position that allows the use of "tap tempo".
A low pass filter on the delays.
An exit "through" out directly between the two outputs and direct mix / effect adjustable via a front knob. Is an effective phase and the other is in phase with the effect reversed with respect to its Entran.
UTILIZATION
Pretty simple overall, while the settings are analog, not setting memory or display (except for the LED triggers etc).
I have never used the manual.
SOUND QUALITY
This is an EXCELLENT delay in its category. Typed may sound like a sampler of 80 years with a presence so interesting and a good grain from vintage clean and CRADA.
A mode to doubled the maximum time of sampling or delay divisan the sampling frequency by two, but it also reduces the bandwidth by two so the sound becomes much more muted.
The modulation provides the chorus and flanger quite interesting but fairly even quantities typed (one can clean for my taste).
A grain not easy to duplicate with computer plug.
OVERALL OPINION
I have been using a lot of years but I do not live longer used because it is quite bulky and weighs very heavily in a rack.
Perfect for lovers of fine tuning live.
overall good machine that changes the side too clean racks and plugs present.
A good compromise between the tape and the various machines that are found on the market.
