This new version of the Radial JDI Duplex still offers two channels, is still intended for both live and studio use and remains passive. So what’s new? an additional 1/8” input for use with laptops or tablets for instance, and the ability to rackmount the unit.
The JDI Duplex features a 100% discrete signal path and you can use it with any type of source (electric guitars, digital pianos…), with a linear responses between 10Hz and 40kHz, according to Radial.
You’ll find on the box 1/4” and 1/8”, RCA and XLR inputs, while all the outputs have XLR connectors. Controls include a –15dB pad, mono-to-stereo mix, polarity reverse, ground lift and XLR select.
The JDI Duplex will be available at the end of the month, no information regarding the pricing.
