Console Rack 32 outs in 16 (24-bit 48Khz max)
12 pramps of fairly good quality with analog insert + 2 Stereo jack with gain in
4 stro internal multi fx (including 2 free reverbs)
4 omni outputs (assignable)
16 internal buses
A master (XLR)
CR (symtriques jacks)
1 headphone
Word clock in out
spdif (lanes 13 and 14)
SMPTE
2 slots for options (ADAT TDIF AESEBU)

UTILIZATION

This console works well trs, trs is intuitive and does ncssite the manual for some opration routing (if you want to assign to auxs omni outputs while being able to equalize (the remaining much simpler on the Yamaha and others).
The meters on each slice to be very practical and multi-function knobs make a lot of service.

SOUNDS

The 12 pramp are transparent but lack a bit of momentum, which is easily corrected with the compressors, eqs (4 bands paramtriques) and gate of each slice. The converters are fairly sound and cohrents round (much better than the company 01V and my taste more than 2,500 are more than dcevantes ...) no pb clock and sync (same if it is better to clock in on the word prsonus for example), sound effects plutt not bad, except some reverb in the long values .... The connection is rather poor (as on all others) but with 16 channels of ADAT cards 190
but happiness.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it to record sound and moving a couple presonus digimax, PC (Nuendo) and 24 HD for about a year. By comparing it to Yamaha (01V, 02R ...) I use rgulirement I think it sounds far too good (or better). The weak points for me are:
- The only way spdif assignable 13/14
- The failure to process (compress eq fx) and 16 internal buses that serve ultimately as subgroups
- The quality of production remains below the trs MODELS Japanese and others (especially do not open !!!!!!!).
I think even when it's a great product (no competitor on the market!) 575 and ashamed for our German friends: what more?
