We used it once and we met worries output levels of the groups / matrices. Apparently this is normal ... (no comment).

OVERALL OPINION

Besides the fact that I trust this brand for several years, I find that this product is particularly Russia, and Mackie, compared to other brand Yamaha type, has our answer to the needs of Eng DSIR engineers that a reliable, enjoyable to use, and compact.

And what I prfere foremost, it really is the CASC, which are simple and quick ..... no time, no one seeks a function.

And vis vis the current market or all the brands are an incredible competition, the TT24 is unbeatable in report / quality prices ..... It has a console 48 channels for only just over 7000 !

I had the opportunity to fly over and I had a favorite.
The sound seemed fine, very dynamic.
The ergonomics of the console being logical.

The only problem is the alarm signals launched by some of you. Signals that I could verrifier for now. Indeed dissymmetry of matrix outputs and unbalanced signal instead of symmetric or poorly calibrated electrical signal to the auxiliary outputs are unacceptable results for a console that price.

I like the console but before I acquire one think Mackie should provide a real answer to the users by correcting the shot from a technical and possibly tarfaire (FYI the ddx 3216 was offered for sale at its launch in 2300 euros, two years after it occurs between 600 and 700 euros new).
Without wishing to compare these two material, research costs, marketing advice on positioning, but I am convinced that Infinia, made in China, the margins of the Mackie TT24 is colossal.

The stability of faders (or initialization) is smiling especially if we already used in other products.

If two units are coupled, touch a single fader to mount or descend, or you will meet nine times out of 10 total blockage of the two faders (which generates a non-stress négligeablable live)

No direct out jack for each. The literature reports a DIY about it (the first drive a jack on the insert .... Crant) It's too bad for a console Live because it is very useful to save a live multipise.

22-06-2007: The firmware update is available for 3 days on the Mackie website (provided you open the page in English on the TT24 as the update is not available in French!).

I just finished a big summer in PA.

It replaces two Yamaha, one analog and one digital, with whom I turned for quite some years.

For use as I did, this console is an excellent investment, thanks to its capacity more than adequate in the contexts I encounter: small concerts & festivals, as well as regular work with some artists faithful ...

Its price structure is tailored to my trying to charge affordable rates.

It is imperative the drive with the PC control software to take advantage of its strengths, but it's still a pleasure to work with her.

Service: in case of default Mackie replaced by a new (that is what I was saying on the phone) and I insist it is absolutely FALSE. I approved consoles exchanges in terrible shape (photos support!). Clearly, you exchange your console for a problem, you will receive another (with a little luck your problem is solved), but it is likely to have other worries.

For a product to Euro 6500 is totally pathetic.

Conclusion: too bad because the console is great, but the details are in my opinion a console or not to buy 3000 euros and then you make the mods yourself.
