All user reviews for the Korg SP-300

88 keys, 30 sounds, MIDI out, audio input and output (mutable) + 6.35 headphones, damper pedal jack + EC5 (5 Korg pedals). Missing is the USB, which was not too developed at the time.

UTILIZATION

Adjustable touch, very nice for the pianist. Manual Korg, so clear, precise and French ...
Use master keyboard easy (sometimes used on stage with i40M), but a little heavy to move.

SOUNDS

I regularly play on pianos of all styles, straight or tail, and I feel no difficulty in passing from one to another. The qualities of touch and response are entirely appropriate on the Korg (which is nevertheless below the latest technologies [NDLA: 2011])

While flirting with a Steinway remains close to lust, many pianos are more painful to me to fingers and ears that Korg, and I'm not talking about last Kawai, Yamaha, who has the means ...

OVERALL OPINION

After 8 years, it became the family piano, which generally place the right thing when I turn.

It replaced the original one StudioLogic SL880, lighter, but without sound, thus requiring a systematic expander. Turning mostly jazz, I was simplified connectivity, the sounds of the Korg and being sufficient in number and quality!

The quality / price was the best then according to my aspirations and uses after extensive research and testing.

No regrets, and I think even if I keep renewing my keyboard studio. With its original medium (ultra-stable, a pleasure on tour), it is even beautiful in the living room.
