for almost a year ... I use it at home or when I do the holidays with my friends. with Virtual DJ DJC Edition
Have you tried many other models before buying it?
I mixed on the Pioneer (DJM 400, 600 and 800) and Denon before but this kind of product does not play in the same court.
What is so special that you like most and least?
What is good:
Side-simple assistance of the computer, which allows to mix and learn to do something right without much experience.
-Price
Wealth-software ... subject to the upgrade!
-Can connect turntables in addition to the computer
-It is compact compared to conventional equipment
What is less well:
-The accuracy of the buttons leaves something to be desired (particularly for adjusting the pitch)
-Gains (Bass, Treble, and medium) rising to 34 dB which inevitably causes a saturation when you push the gain on the bottom ... and it loses in accuracy for low amplifications ...
Some bugs, especially when the emphasis too much on the pitch bend buttons, and although sometimes the song is fast making the mix a bit hard ...
CUE-function seems poorly thought out or I did not understand how to use it.
How would you rate the quality / price?
The value for money is very good (if you already have a computer, otherwise buy the real stuff as I think). at that price do not expect the quality of Company and Pioneer ...
With experience, you do again this choice?
I admit that in one year I spent a lot of hours on it ... I really liked ... Now that I have a little more experience I am not sure of the first purchase but it's really good material.
If we lose the charm of the setting of the beats and tempo, you can mix two songs for 10 minutes without problems ...
