It has now been 6 months that I mix with R1. We see that Pioneer had the idea but made a poor cdj kit. I explain, we find frequent bugs, forgotten functions (no fast forward if offline Ipad / phone, no connection to a software worthy of the name by those who know how to connect on tracktor ext) . The one can easily transported, but mixed in soiré is often difficult (unlike other more practical models) unless you spend hours on rekordbox. To conclude a difficult platinum used standalone but useful if it is combined with good software, not put in the hands of a beginner.
