UTILIZATION

a well balanced handle size not too "electric guitar" like some folk

good ergonomics just attention to the box that goes high enough anyway

access to acute is quite limitiée the tasso and the fact that this is not a cut but not embarrassing for me

the sound comes out very easily and it is very beautiful bass is vibrated well we feel and the highs are clear but round

SOUNDS

I play a bit of everything on it goes well with great music but in traditionnele surprises me in all styles

This is a guitar that comes from the land of loggers: canada.

UTILIZATION

I repeat, the handle is enjoyable trs, Access in acute is not easy (normal for a guitar pan but not once the fun is not difficult to make a barret in F. lgre and balance it.

SOUNDS

Good for a sound, I find it a bit tricky to judge, all tastes are in nature. We can say that it is a dreadnought that sounds balanced and fairly neutral. Wood is a little young, it will have to wait a little longer to see if it will become a pan or a good guitar trs. the price I must admit that I have a doubt, but hey you never know ...
What surprised me is the strange "sound". have the test in a store o most guitars are guitars luxury. there were some potatoes as Cort (some much more expensive! sounded like pots and pans from the seagull). It has not ashamed to face the monsters of CATEGORY is not a gibson but quality price ratio is hard to beat. So I would put a 9 / 10 from its price, it has no competitor in this CATEGORY.

OVERALL OPINION

This is a guitar that I recently found I was trs simple in design but it gives it a rustic cot boils plutt nice. the head is shaped particulire compared to other brands, we like it or not.
quality price ratio, there is no photo. the epiphone, ibanez, cort etc ... which sits in its price range of concerns have be done with this brand. If I referrer c'tait again this choice without hsitation.

Guitar made in Canada, solid cedar. The model I purchased is the Seagull entourage rustic IQ identical to the picture but with a preamp Q1T (Quantum with a tuner built in).
The finish is waxed, not varnished.

UTILIZATION

The handle is correct, is well suited for rhythm (I used mainly rhythm) but it is still not too late (although I took the slim model). In comparison my old Yamaha had a handle thinner and faster.
The surprise comes from the weight of this guitar: it looks like it is made Balza so it is light. It is even embarrassing because it comes without the belt clip next round, so the first day I sat down and saw that playing the guitar is very light and polished, she told me Escape on the hands and is a party 's fail against my mic stand (not I was not drunk!). Balance sheet, a gash on the table of 4 cm: the balls!
So I sent an email to Seagull for the exact location to put the home side strap handle, they sent me the plan and I went to my luthier to ask for (20 euros).
I find it outrageous that a brand like Seagull does not put the original belt clip on their guitars, or even plan to install one: on this point I drop the note to 6.
The other point is rather negative for me is the treatment waxed the guitar: it's nice to look but it is hyper sensitive. I think that with a blunt nail it happens to mark the guitar so it is virtually impossible to keep this guitar with its original appearance as long as we play a minimum top and it's really bad!
The sound is good, that's why I have chosen: to be both precise, round and balanced (the difference with other guitars I tried in the price range from 400 to 500 euros, c ' the other is that the sound is slightly muffled in the lower metal is cold). The Seagull has a really balanced sound with bass still not very deep.
The sound of the preamp is very good, not breathing, on the other hand-acute severe corrections are not very effective.

Good sound, I'm going for style folk - blues - pop - country.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought it on a German website ... 3 months ago for 479 euros.
The quality / price is right without being extraordinary, given that the guitar has no frills and exceptional finishing wax is still hyper sensitive (although this is finished it seems to sound better).
Compared to other models in this price range (GAL, Ibanez, Tanglewood, ...), I think it sounds better so I do it again this choice without hesitation.
I put 8 out of 10 total:
Pros: the sound - the look - the preamp
Cons: no belt clip - waxed finish very fragile

Guitar made in Canada, in the small village of La Patrie ...
21 frets, but 14 really accessible. Normal for a folk without pan off!

Brief config 'classic Seagull, and generalizing a bit, in the other group brand Godin (Art & Lutherie and Simon & Patrick in particular)

It was a beautiful sunburst finish with satin varnish, the most beautiful effect! I who had a little trouble with the sunburst lacquer and glossy, it's quite what I was looking for!

History to make a small criticism, one could say that the coating is "too late", and therefore fragile ego ... it bother me, just try to be careful of advantage, but it's on it may disturb some.

UTILIZATION

It has a handle large enough. I who started on a Fender CD60 to handle ultra-thin, his change! But far from being disagreeable! Neither too large nor too late, I think I found the stick that I agree. However, it took me a while to adapt, it is a little bigger than average! Compared to a conventional stick Seagull-wide as a classic it seems I think it's a good compromise, after it's too big!
Level ergonomics nothing wrong, it's a dreadnought, so it's perfect! I like this form, I do not want to change (even if I tried to look for another form).
Access to acute is er ... normal folk without a cutaway ^ ^ Note however that flat heels, which, even if it does not significantly improve the ease of play, brings a little more when we want get freight a little high! : P

Here, for me nothing more to say, it's a no-fault!

This guitar really sound very well balanced, fairly round, but not without personality. I love it! A pick or fingers, I think this guitar has a warmth missing from a lot of acoustic guitar. A real favorite!

I own this guitar for about 2 months, I'm a fan!

I like many things in this guitar, its look, its sound, and also the price!

Level money for me is unbeatable! I have had for 355 € on the internet, I do not regret at all, I would do without hesitation that choice for one second!
I does not 10/10 certe. Of course in this price range it is simply unbeatable for me, it is well worth the price of the double guitars! But you have to compare what is comparable, I think compared to a Martin or other high-end Guild, it must necessarily be below ... but who cares, this is not the same world! And it seems that the Seagull age very well then ...

UTILIZATION

very lightweight and comfortable to use.
The action pretty low makes the game easy and enjoyable.
The handle is perfect for me even though it is quite important. I think it does not necessarily please everyone, some finding it just too big ... so try before you buy.

SOUNDS

I play mostly blues and rock.
The sound of this guitar is well suited for this style, well balanced and warm without being "neutral" so far.

I'm waiting to see how all this will change with age, but according to the seller in the store or I bought these guitars very much older.

OVERALL OPINION

I have this guitar for a few weeks but I love him more.
I have tried many models before buying this guitar including LAG, Corts, Ibanez etc ... and in this price range is undoubtedly the very best or at least one of the best.
Like many things about this guitar but the neck is probably really fun to play that made me decide to buy.
I played on an Ibanez before entry-level rather difficult to play and so I was looking for something more enjoyable or I do not need to break my fingers to make a strikeout.

I really like his sound so short I love everything in this guitar

I would do the purchase without hesitation.
