8-track recorder, plus 16 virtual tracks, while numrique on internal hard drive or SCSI. Sampling of the frquence fixed 44.1kHz without conversion: it does not accept 48kHz signals (damage). It locks onto the incoming digital signal that possde but output word clock.
No analog input, this machine Pipelines Limited to be used with an 8-channel ADAT converter or console numrique.
UTILIZATION
The VR800 can be used as a recorder / player ultra simple complment numrique a console, but functions compltes edition are also available, although the manual Retailer 120 pages.
For starters, you can not get any easier with the default config: select a song, track record, Play / Rec, and go!
Samplitude J'dite my songs, so I will not srement need to do in the VR800. So I can not judge the ease of shipping.
