I got this bass at massimino music for about $150.00.

It has an awesome sound, a lot better than me or any of my friends expected. The long scale is nice and the neck remains in perfect condition.

The thing I like least about it is the output jack, because I'm not sure if its me, but it has tended to let the wires get disconected and I would have to get them re-soldered, but other than that I love it.

The construction on this bass is very nice and there has been nothing wrong with the body, except for some minor dents and scratches.

This is an awesome bass if you are starting out, or even as a second bass. It is deffinatley worth your money to buy this bass

I got this baas at the Haight Street Music Center in San Francisco, California. The cost was $169.95 but the clerk was nice and knocked it down to $160.90

The things that i like about this bass is that it looks great, plays great, gives you execellent control, and all the features are chroms(well everything that should be is), its extremely easy to hit high notes.

I have a few friends who play bass and they said the bass is quite heavy, i don't think so too much since i am very strong but my shoulder got a little sore after 6+ hours of play. It's not the best bass if you are a punk bassist since its hard to pick fast.

its very good quality and has a very good build i've only had the bass for a week so i don't how well it will last but it's a very good buy since the sound and quality are fit for a much more expensive bass.

an extremely bass, good for anyone execpt extremely hard punk bassist otherwise a must get for all bassist.

I bought it out of the Musician's Friend catalogue for about two or three hundred dollars.

It sounds great.. if you have the right amp. I purchased a small beginners amp when I bought it, so I thought the sound was somewhat limited. Once I got a higher end amp, it blew me away. It's VERY solid & durable. It's fallen over so many times, bumped into so much stuff, and been abused more than a guitar should be, but it's still as good as the day I bought it.

It's a little heavy. Every once in a while my straps like to come right off it.. Sometimes when I put new strings on they buzz sort of. It doesn't take too long to get rid of that..

A great bass for just about anyone. Be it your first or you 5th (or whatever).

I bought this baby from an on-line dealer, and paid £190. "What?, £190?" you say?, yes £190 (www.singingchicken.co.uk)

I have to be honest and say everything about this instrument is fantastic. It sounds awesome- the soapbar pickups have a perfect sensitivity. and many control options are open to the musician. Combined with a good amp, this instrument will rip apart even top-mid range basses- i seriously think the manufacturer got the price wrong here!

In all honesty, this bass has no problems. However, (and as stated in other reviews), it is quite heavy- a trademark for many basses however. Oh yea, just in case this is your first instrument- get it set up at a good musical instrument...…

In all honesty, this bass has no problems. However, (and as stated in other reviews), it is quite heavy- a trademark for many basses however. Oh yea, just in case this is your first instrument- get it set up at a good musical instrument retailer.

It is constructed of a basswood body, maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. The neck is fantastically smooth. Just looking at the guitar will probabily make you fall over and cry, my particular instrument possesses a amberburst finish- the quality is amazing. I took the time to take the instrument apart and inspect the electronics- the components are of high quality and they havent EVER failed on me.

Er, if you are looking into starting bass, this is the ultimate instrument- it is soft on the wallet and hard on sound. (Sounds a bit dirty but hey!). If you own a squire and want an upgrade, get this too. I combine my instrument with a Behringer BX600 amp- with DR lowrider strings (med-lite gauge). I think this is the best setup for me in terms of sound, but thats down to your preference!
