Fender Jazz Bass Highway 1 (new version (Upgraded)) Made in USA.
Alder body, maple neck.
* 20 Medium Jumbo Frets
* 2 Alnico Vintage Jazz Bass Pickups
Enjoy microphones (2 knobs, one for each microphone) plus the tone, quite simple, but effective.
* Badass Bass Bridge 2
Super bridge, much larger than the classic Fender, but the sound lasts much longer, has more sustain ... great!
Note the new finish, which is superb, it reveals the grain of wood behind the coating, which is very nice, even if it spoils more easily ... in any case, it's going to side with the big sound and the vintage Jazz Bass!
UTILIZATION
Very easy to play, versatile enough to sound a Passive, I was quite surprised by the possible settings, very pleased with the Vintage Jazz Bass pickups, Badass Bass Bridge combined with 2, it becomes dangerous, the sound harsh and it is warm, rich ....( a try anyway .... you will see store)
Weight levels, it's still decent, I remember exactly ...
For access to acute, you're on Jazz Bass 20 Frets, so you must not ask too much ... but it's pretty simple to play, the handle is very easy to play.
SOUNDS
I play Jazz, Blues and Blues-Rock .... It is perfect you will soon arrive at his desired. I play a Fender amp (a rumble) it goes well, there's no problem, we spend a little hot fat and a more mettallique very easily, I also play (and especially) on an Orange Amp, then it is happiness for more settings, and the possibility of a more harmonically rich and hot! We also do not slap it, although I'm not a fan, it goes very well ^ ^
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a month, she has been waiting a long time after an out of stock, it took the order ...
I love everything about this bass, the varnish is superble it jazz bass sound, it is versatile, easy to play .... What a Jazz Bass!
I pay a little cheaper as ordered in Germany (MusicStore) For a low manufactured in America, I think it's great ... especially with the pickups and the bridge which really gives a little more, the coup Fender has forgotten to put the "Case Fender" ... Too bad, but hey the price was added to the instrument I ....^^ not hesitate long to choose, it was really her that I wanted after trying it!
I would do this choice because it is perfectly sound I was looking for ...
