Fender precision 57 reissue commissioned in Japan.
Alder body and maple fingerboard (very good violin - made in japan).
2-tone color.
Usa vintage microphone.
UTILIZATION
The bass is very light and very enjoyable to play.
44.5mm at nut attention.
SOUNDS
This is an excellent bass with the distinctive sound full of serious, roundness and lower midrange.
The maple fingerboard provides just enough brightness.
Pure vintage sound although a little "new" (new instrument which has not yet aging).
OVERALL OPINION
I would start this choice without hesitation.
Plan to change the mechanical and possibly the bridge (as on every model made in japan).
