UTILIZATION

The handle into three parts is relatively massive, but still enjoyable and easy to play.

Although quite heavy and fairly balance the Guild is quite enjoyable to use.
The sound of this instrument is extraordinary, powerful, round and prcis both easy rgler, a large variety of sounds is possible and this bass sounds perfectly plays with both fingers, to mdiator and slap.
No "dead spot" is dplorer and the quality of wood is utiliss really feel in the sound.
The output level of the electronic trs is important.

The B302 is a truly versatile instrument and it "sounds" on all the amps that will take the shock.

OVERALL OPINION

I Aquis this bass, trs high quality new in January 1979 (Made in 1978 for the APRS NO. SERIES).
Book in a beautiful box the price lev relatively silent but totally justified and I can only advise aqurir bassists of such an instrument.

Made in USA. Channel 20 frets, 2 single coil pickups, bridge based on solid three large screws at the "Epiphone Rivoli." Not easy to resolve, and the connection bridge / body is not ideal for sustain. Adjusting microphones traditional volume and tone for each, plus a switch for selection. Mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, I did défretter, glued to the body also in solid mahogany.

UTILIZATION

Handle fairly large and round, over too much in today's standards, but quite playable anyway. Access to Acute easy. The head has a tendency to dive, but this is really annoying. A good sound is very easy to obtain: a proper amp, just set the EQ to neutral and connect!

SOUNDS

My Guild is fretless, mounted half round wound strings. Amp Eden, Eden 2x10 XLT cabinets and SWR Big Ben. On the neck pickup, the sound is very "wood", similar to a bass, while with the bridge pickup, the sound is pinched, more loaded media. The mix of the two brings a little more versatility. Fretless, singing the sound is very hot, not too precise, perfect for jazz or rock. Fishing electronics is exceptional for a passive bass. No background noise. Slap to forget, and fans of modern sounds, the B302 is not for you.

OVERALL OPINION

I love this bass! Instrument vintage (1979), made in USA, the violin and sounds exceptional for the price of a low-end bass is a dream. To discover and try for the rating is still low, if you are looking for an original instrument that sounds great!
