UTILIZATION

I possde this low since 6 months and it is a pure joy! For several reasons:

Deja is a lgret dconcertante, while at first glance it seems rather heavy. We could keep it for hours without feeling it .. Simply amazing. The handle is trs nice, mahogany, and the latest scores are easy chopper. In addition I like the esthethique, carriage as a cadillac with a wood-tone ... The MODEL 800 has just degraded more .. I found it too conventional and more it costs 150euros more!

Then the sound ... Trs "LAG" really good warm with a potato in the medium, the bass (each note is clear, precise, even those of the 5th string ....) and trs AIGS are clean and not furnace top. I owned an Ibanez SDGR400 before, I can tell you that it quickly ended in the closet!
The pickups are really of thunder, a PCHE hell. I leave in the middle RULES balance and tone pots much background in general and l. .. We do whatever we want ... I do a lot of jazz, funk, rock and trs going well. The precision of Benedetti that the fate tt slap on, while keeping a well rounded and warm when it returns to a normal game without backbreaking pots!
We note though that sounds the highest perch are struggling a bit at times because the heat is really serious favors but makes up very easy with a good amp.
In short the great class for this price!

SOUNDS

As I said above, the sound is good if trs we like the warmth and precision .. I do not know if it sounds to tougher and metal styles with mediator ... I'm using only fingers and then slap APRS is a matter of taste ...
When I bought an Ibanez K5 I tried to rev fine but certainly silent cooler, more dedicated to the metal (it is not that of Korn bassist for nothing) while the so is warmer and rounder, more "class" what. Ideal for jazz, rock, funk, fusion and nearby.

I use an old trace elliot commando15 'and it works well .. trs Combines the roundness of a good amp it works wonders. I'm trying to test it on a Hartke 3500 Pro or Warwick for power and I still hesitate ... My limiting factor is the budget. OVERALL OPINION

I do not possde instrument for a long time so I'm still looking for the ideal but the ds the first contact we feel the potential of the instrument ... Remains to tame the animal. For now it suits me well trs I do not blame him. In this price range (<1100euros) for me is a must! I much prefer the versatility of a good old Jazzbass. I am not criticizing the Fender, it's all different ... Most modern, versatile and cheaper, especially for a 5cordes!
