Manufacturing States, 21 frets, micro type: 2 Music Man humbuckers, Switch: 5 positions, Electronics: Active 3-band eq: Acute Low Medium. Bolt on maple, rosewood or maple fingerboard ash body, Music Man Bridge Standard with stainless steel saddles.

UTILIZATION

Perfect ergonomics, reasonable weight, contrary to what I heard on the right or left, no particular fear of fatigue ... the balance is perfect. I model rosewood fingerboard, very nice. The neck pickup does not absolutely gene slapper.

SOUNDS

Very versatile bass, a Jazz, accuracy, Rick, really the ideal machine for me! I have long sought (I had mentioned earlier the bass).
There's the aiguuuu, there's the graaave ... I'll let you finish the song ... <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt="mrgreen" />
I use it with a head MarkBass TA 503 and 104 HF cab MarkBass ... it rocks! Ok for Funk, pop rock, variety etc ...

OVERALL OPINION

I had a Stingray (1 micro) before moving on Rickenbacker 4003 and I needed more dépaisseur, weight in the bass, after an accuracy JM and Sandberg (great too!) I bought This Stingray HH 1 month ago and it's certainly the best bass I had.
Do not listen to sellers who tell you that it's not his MusicMan is false and in any case it does not mean anything ... it is! <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt="wink" />
This incredible fishing on this side very dynamic, "percussion" is the major characteristic of the Stingray.
It's not cheap, but it's so good! I would do again in a heartbeat.
