Manufactures in the US (all the details on the website Peavey). 24 frets, 2 mics VFL. Double active (gain + eq), so 2 batteries ... Note the micro switch that is progressive, a very good point. The neck through the body.

I put 7/10 fabrication: the body and handle are extras, but the pots are limits. Mcaniques ok. At that price l Either way, there's not much better (I tried a dozen bass in the same CATEGORY on the same amp).

    USE

The handle is very pleasant, fine, soft, smooth. The varnish gives a polished timber sensation than plastic surface, which is very good for a beginner like me on the instrument, it dplace best hand. The access is ais all frets. A priori a bit heavy, in fact…

    USE

The handle is very pleasant, fine, soft, smooth. The varnish gives a polished timber sensation than plastic surface, which is very good for a beginner like me on the instrument, it dplace best hand. The access is ais all frets. A priori a bit heavy, in fact it is so well balanced that there parat more after qques minutes. Impression of solidity. His body vibrates against my stomach (rh the handle!). Effective form, which dmarque Fender standards and Musicman happily. The right sound is not easy to get because forcment rglages are very effective and versatile, but it's actually a good point.

    SONORITS

Its sounds forcment suitable, since it is very versatile, large Criterion for me accompanying various styles (dbute and I have not "my" sound). I play in my apartment in DI in ProTools, not bad at all, and in the studio, to a great Pramp (GasCooker), is superb and very energetic. Try also a small 15w in Warwick rpt room 'and outside, with and without multi-effect BossBT6.

DI or Pramp: versatility and precision. No complaints. We do not have a Fender or Musicman, but the sound you DSIRE.
In amp without effect: a little (the amp should be really sucks). The low so sends the potato that the gain of the amplifier can climb over a quarter without saturating! You really have to play with the EQ bass and rather let the amp in neutral.
In amp with effect awful. Let down automatically presets the Boss, mdiocres enough. However, starting from an empty patch, we get everything we want! Very good.

The microphones are placs, whether to ask the thumb or slapper.

In all cases you can go from a slap slapping a purr feutr well as the steps intermediaries. It just has the default of its quality: versatility, and therefore the lack of personality.

A Dtail: EQ is too gnreuse down mdiums, which can muddy his stepfather. Just down the knob in question, and everything is rgl.

    NOTICE GLOBAL

I use it for a month between 1 and 4 hours per day. What I prefer is its beauty its playability, power. What I like least is the pots creaky dj and difficult to master EQ (all zero, the sound is average, it must fiddle).
I tried a dozen low (Cort, Ibanez, Yamaha, Fender, Stagg, etc) before falling for it without any hesitation (given the budget of course, in my case 530 ) .dropoff window With good strings and new batteries, it has a hell of fishing! Blues, rock, variety rap, reggae, funk, it fits perfectly thanks to its efficient EQ and two microphones very DIFFERENT.

In short, the range is, it's an excellent choice, and for the moment I will ever be the same without hsiter!

I bought this bass from Hogan Music via Ebay for £299. Which was a real bargain.

The neck through construction with string through body makes for great sustain and the active pick-ups give a good output. I normally play it through a Marshall BassState 65 amp using the active input and it's fine. The three EQ controls and pick-up balance give so much variety of tone. The finish is superb and it handles as well as it looks.

    I haven't found anything I dislike.

Construction is beautiful and the finish looks like a custom made guitar at a budget price.

This is a versatile instrument which will equip you to play almost any type of music. Well done Peavey.

Made in Indonesia (this is what explains the price, the pickups and the rest is normally the same as the U.S. models)
Short handle (much easier to play than my old long handle!)
2 octaves, 2 active pickups that "tear their races," a driver handle (rare), good mechanical "bath oil"

    UTILIZATION

Besides my old Vantage is easy to play it!
Very nice, everything on its benchmarks (well, there's the 12th fret is sharp, but we made it fast)

    SOUNDS

For the price, great! I tried other brands (Musicman. ..), I told them not find the same charm, the same heat. (There's that Warwick Corvette $ $ NT ... but my favorite is three times more expensive!)

I was looking for a bass to try the more modern slap, but maintains a good rock sound! BINGO! And without ruining ... Peavey bravo!
