the rest is original. the mcaniques are not super strong (I have two breakage)

UTILIZATION

The handle is ultrathin. particulirement it is suited to small hands and people who are in agreement.

Access in acute is easy

wood is super lightweight. a night a little sound, but makes this ultra low lgre. it is for IDAL RPTES a bit long.

origins of the two microphones have two DIFFERENT characters well, which makes polivalente

SOUNDS

I play bass in a saturated and an agreement to use as a bassPOD pramp and distortion with a peavey 450 in power amplifier, is made. I only use the micro-type precision.
Samick is the small dfend well on this land without the quality of a rickenbacker.
I do not use this bass in the studio as it reaches its limits here. Wood too lightweight does not allow the depth of DGIG ncessaire an album.

I like its lightweight, super enjoyable RPTES after 5 hours.

I dj a lot of bass before buying it. 2300fr but for the era, has made me a low lgre, versatile, convenient and cheap that I could carry around in transit.

The bass had changed its fittings. My amplification has also changed a lot, so I think the sound has also changed, much better

UTILIZATION

The handle is it nice?
Very nice, fast, no fret that exceeds short pleasant and not tiring.
In addition, the spacing of the strings is nickel, not too wide nor too little.
With everything I've played on, the frets are still nickel! It's quite surprising to see that they are essentially unchanged since that time.

Access to acute (last string) Is it easy?
Yes, access to treble is good, the heel of the handle a little discomfort, but it's still available, lots more than a bass like a JB or PB with a "big" heel stick. Besides, the heel is slanted / rounded for better grip.

Ergonomics is it good (in terms of shape, weight ...)?
The bass is balanced, light, nothing to say. I do not dote on the switch stuck between the knobs, but hey, we made it.

Do you get a good sound easy?
OK, pretty versatile, I play long with the variety that I feel free of hardship, so it suits me. I would say it is closer to the Cort input current range. Nothing transcendent, but nothing special either, correct what!
Now, it's been almost a year since I changed the original pickups with EMG kit P / J. Nothing to see! It is clear, punchy, and it sounds good to the fingers, slap and plectrum. The mix of wood (probably lime / basswood) and these pickups I like enough.
I do not micro tjs J at the bridge (but that is always, and again, I like even less since I Sandberg with the pavement at bridge musicman Delano!), But the handle positions and middle + bridge are nickel handle

It depends! It can suit any style of music that is very subjective point of view.

What kind of sound you get and with what settings ("crystalline", "fat ",....)?
The pickups are EMG pêchus and clear.
With a pedal to modeling as my preamp digitech or ADA, the material on which I can sculpt my sound almost at will, is very variable.
Whatever the type of game, it sounds clean, clear, distinct, it goes into the mix, it's pretty royal, it restores life to this little low

What are the sounds you prefer, you hate?
I especially like the config P alone or PJ (J not alone, it's ugly!).
P or PJ in fingers, slap, or mediator, that sounds, nothing to say
Config Alumni microphones was not bad, in retrospect, it makes me think of the Ibanez BTB or Cort entry level (models to € 300/400), good, slightly lower quality, but okay.

OVERALL OPINION

How long you use it?
I have this bass for 11 or 12 years, it was my first bass.
I still play it because it is fun to play, even a factory to slap I think.

What is so special that you love the most, the least?
This quej'aime as above? The fact that it is light, well balanced and that the new microphones are a nice bass or backup for the home.
What I like least? Well, not much except that it has a microphone and J bridge this nasal sound that comes out does not please me at all if I had wheat to fuck up, I'd make a pad for trapping musicman! lol

Have you tried many other models before buying it?
No, as it was my first bass, I had no point of comparison, so I took this one because I found her attractive and that the price was good (about 2400F at the time).

How do you value for money?
Very correct. The electronic database is not the most flamboyant, but with a good upgrade kit, it does, because the violin is very healthy, my bass has not moved in 11 or 12 years!

With experience, you do again this election?
After 11 or 12 years of bass, not normal! I used to have more fat.
But first bass is a very good horse that lasts over time without flinching and becomes almost a standard once boosted A very good choice, especially as it comes out cheap secondhand.
