Nothing to add from previous post

UTILIZATION

Very easy to use if one has already an idea of what a reverb, delay, a phaser, a flanger, a harmonizer, one octave, gain, overdrive, etc.. This is not a tool for novices. It takes a certain culture of the different existing effects before embarking on the purchase of a multi-effects like GT 6

I regret that this BOSS came out a little early to get patches to update the effects offered online ...

SOUND QUALITY

So if you play the Muse for example, we reproduced exactly the hamronizer (MK Ultra), the Octave (Solo Invincible), and almost all the effects Bellamy with his stuff out of berserk ... Octave is also close to what I heard, trying a digitech whammy.
I confess, however, that the expression pedal configured whawha puzzled me ... after spending 3 hours on it, nothing to do, I was jealous of Joe Satriani and Kirk Hammett ...

I use it with an Ibanez RG 470 amended (DP193 Air Norton in neck and Seymour Duncan SH4 in bridge). My amp is a Hughes & Kettner hybrid (lamp preamp) ATTAX 100.

This configuration is also very good for metal.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 14 years
I have owned a Zoom 4040 and have tried before an immeasurable amount

Goodies: ULTRA is tough (it does not move during the scene even if you are excited), it can reproduce most of the effects used by guitarists from 1950 until today. Obviously the cost was divided by 4 since its release if one believes the argus?

Cons: it may be a bit complex to use for a novice, the user community is small, and therefore it is difficult to share useful tips ...
