UTILIZATION

Very easy to use (on this one point, they have very strong).

SOUND QUALITY

I use it mainly repeats with a Hot Rod, a Start and an Ibanez and it does really well.

Saturations me really amazed to digital is really not bad at all.
There is grain and settings can really fine tune the sound well.
In comparison with my analog pedals, the saturation of the M13 take the road (that said, I have not yet had the opportunity to compare "live"), with special mention for the TS9.
The tube drive is not bad and others are nice but some models still tend to get a lot of breath (much more than my Blackstar), even from squarely feedback (including the distal Line 6), the only downside.

So, I prefer to select the effects a little more "barred" kind octafuzz I did not pedal.
Regarding the modulations and delays, I am even more impressed by their quality.
Some modulation effects are so successful that they allow me to forget the original pedals I own, including a Boss CE-2 chorus and a Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Memomry Man (old version).
Small flat for the flanger and tremolo that I can not find top.

I never use reverb (except studio) and I start enjoying myself more and more with the filters.

I used the first method 4 cables yesterday repeated the sound is even better (though much brighter, I hope to do it properly connect).

I regret not having a small tube amp with an effects loop home, history does not wait for rehearsals to toy.

Edit of May 3, 2010:

In fact, the rendering of overdrive / distortion depends on the height of the amp used.
At home I sometimes branch M13 on my Vox VT15 and all overdrives sound dry, cold and riquiqui. on the other hand, by plugging in the analog qq OD Vox, I can get a warmer, more vintage.

So at my last repeat, I announce to my friends that overdrives the M13 is good but still not as good as my analog pedals.
To prove my point, I compare my real TS9 with that is emulated by the M13, but this time playing on my Hot Rod.
Well, I looked a bit dumb: I could not hear the difference, and I went from one to another!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for almost two months, I must have used a dozen times at most, so I have much more to explore, most likely I will publish a notice in the near future.

Before that I went through a multi-effects (Vox Tonelab SE) that I abandoned after a few months for analog pedals, some of which made me freak at the time of addition (Memory Man Deluxe, OCD ...).

I was happy with the sound but it was pretty boring to install (I needed whenever any wire because I did not pedal hard with all my pedals already pre-wired), sometimes capricious (full concert, a much more sound: that is the problem in the chain of effects? Is there a cable kidding, feeding poorly connected?), heavy, bulky, and on top of that I missed yet full of effects.

Not particularly wealthy, I often have to wait some time before they make me happy by buying stuff. A quick little note led me to estimate that this rate would have reached retirement age before they can toy with the effects I was looking if I continued to add up the individual pedals in good order.

So I decided to revise my selection criteria and think I finally found this unit through the solution to my serious problem.

What I particularly appreciate is the ease of use, ergonomics, and quality effects.

If I was at Line 6, I just added a slice, also has 3 switches, for underfoot few amp models and which would serve as preamp (just to be able to attack a live console).

Value very interesting, I am very satisfied with my purchase!
