«  A great multi-purpose MIDI controlled »

Published on 08/03/11 at 05:01
Best value: Excellent
Chorus, Reverb, Flanger, Phaser, Pitch Shifter, Delay, Compressor, Noise Gate, tuner ...
Rack model.
Digital multi-effects with good A / D converters
Audio jack connector 6.75, MIDI for the control

UTILIZATION

Manuel clear sound edition easy (dble click, and using the two knobs and display, it goes fast)
Big backing store, activation of an effect by a possible, or simultaneous with a call to patch.
MIDI programming is done on the master interface (eg MIDI foot controller)

SOUND QUALITY

I find the effects very realistic, with a preference for the delay.
At the touch of a button "function", you can assign a controller setting a live setting (eg feedback of delay with an expression pedal).
Release a patch to another can leave a fade out or pressed again on the new patch to cut the old line.
I use a rack Marshall EL34 100/100 JMP1 +, H & K ax412 speaker and Tele 52 reissue.
No noise digital converters operate (TC)

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 6 years, I used a Boss ME8 before and I do not regret the change.
I think this multi-effect can also be used in sound with tons of parameters to be set.
No big special problem.
This choice I would do without hesitation, and this with a good quality / price ratio.
