Objective approach:
PDAL PDAL Chorus and Delay
Analog Chorus
Digital Delay
CONTRL Chorus: Speed, Width, Delay Time
CONTRL of delay: Echo Time, Repeats, Effect level, Switch Short / long
Between 1
2 outputs
Between a 9 volt
A battery compartment
Subjective approach
The case is mtal and weight is normal. The PDAL is not equipped with a 9 volt transformer.
[6] The quality of manufacture and the careful finish of the pedals are commendable. But it does possde nothing special (no fault, however).
UTILIZATION
The chorus is simple to configure. The potentiomtres are effective and can be treated in its signal fine.
The delay is more complicated handle. Indeed, the absence of a "tap tempo" is a weak point size to use live growth.
The overall ergonomics of the pdalier is otherwise exceptional. Particulire form used to operate all that needs to be the same in complete darkness. You also find a small manual that explains some rglages prdfinis sounding. But it is way out-many other things that pedals.
Note also the prsence a real electronic bypass that does not color the sound once the effects dclenchs.
The dual output routing can be arranging for some express sound.
[5] Easy to use, overall arrangement. The small manquo is the lack of tap tempo which prevents a better note.
SOUND QUALITY
Analog Chorus is a beaut poustouflante. This is the highlight of the pedals. By operating the three potentiomtres, we get all the sounds needed in the records and modern styles. His signature sound be distinct from normal standards and it is a pleasure to express with this unit. Visual Sound as one of the company dernires rdition personal use of the delay circuits for its Panasonic analog MODELS.
The delay is less convincing as a little behind its fast. By-cons, the quality of sound is enjoyable but trs. Short or long function even broader possibilities.
In all situations, the sound is of great purity and warmth.
[8] If a silent chorus pedals, it would probably MRIT note [9]. But here's the delay a bit slow empchera certain uses. The sound, however admirable in all situations.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a month. The PDAL has rsist those first concerts and the launch of beers on scne.
Its ease of use in live sound and beauty of the arguments are buying their own.
I like the strength and especially the sounds of this machine. As someone who is always looking for original sound solutions. The PDAL is an ally of choice.
The price of 200 euros is nine as trs honnte Whereas if we take into account that there are two pedals in one for that price. I maintain, however, for the entire march of the fact that prices for "good" pedals are malhonntes.
[8] 2 in 1 solution that is not rotten, affordable and high quality. For professional and amateur lovers warned.
