Published on 08/24/04 at 15:00I got this unit at Sam Ash Music in Queens, N.Y. and paid $199.00. I bought it because it produced everything I was looking for in a multi-effects unit.
Great effects and the expression pedal is built in. One thing I look for in a multi-effects unit is the distortion. This unit gives me any kind I want and it has enough drive to satisfy me anytime. It even drives nicely with single coil pickups!!
Its a little heavy but thats what you get from metal construction. Whats not to like?
The unit is all heavy duty construction. Metal cabinet feels solid and not like there are parts rattling around in there. Fit and finish is good looking. Even the pedal is made of metal. If it was a Pontiac, I'd drive the thing to work and feed it high-test.
I am happy I got this unit. Lots of quality for the price and the effects do what I want them too without argument.
