How long have you use it?
It's been over a year since I used.
Early to train me then rehearsals with my band.

Have you tried many other models before buying it?
I tried the Roland TD6 and Alesis DM5.

What is the particular feature you like best and least?
What I like most is the comfort of games for the price. Unlike most competitive range, it has the right of true cases and volumes, ca is certainly not as comfortable as on a real acoustic drum, but not the feel of playing on the pads, and adjustment Velocity of proposed ds module allow very good feeling out of games.
In terms of sound in headphone output, it's not too bad, but I can not have a good record when amplified. I am connected to the mixer.
Another problem that I meet my two jack inputs on suddenly dropped one after the other, is apparently a problem ca ds my motherboard. But I did find this problem anywhere on the forum (However Aleis DM5 I had test also had a problem like this.)


How would you rate the quality / price?
The value for money is pretty good, for the same price there is not much. But scratching around 150 euros more, there's way to get something more sturdy ds the same brand or the side of Roland.

With experience, you do again this choice?
Given the use that I do, directed rehearsal and recording (I use BFD2 and audio interface) what counts is the comfort of games so I do not go to something more expensive. I think I would do this choice or take the rigor ProKit cymbal which offers better quality for the same price or less.

Purchased three weeks ago. We intend to use live in areas too small to better adjust our volume.

I had a DM6 that I sold to go upmarket.
I could try a yamaha DTXPRESS

What is so special that you love the most, least?

Let's start with what angry: factory settings are fucking evil. We must set up each component. Already, aesthetically, I find it pretty. The rack is sturdy and generally well thought of.
The module is very comprehensive, sounds are more realistic for my taste.
They create their own little set from 1047 sounds. Enough to satisfy the most demanding.
The hit is not yet that of an acoustic but once in hand, it is not unpleasant. nicks skins are a little hard for purists but changeable.
Every rimshot is playable! Cool ...

How would you rate the quality / price?

It is clear qu'Alesis quite strong. Simply unbeatable!
The number of items offered as standard (bass drum, snare, 4 toms, 2 crash in which a étoufable, étoufable a wrinkle, a hi-hat) generally offered at less than 800 € all over the net. Its competitors are on the ground.

With experience, you do again this choice?

Yes, it certainly is not the Roland or Yamaha but with a reduced budget we can not cry foul against the small Alesis has everything a great.
It has flaws, but quickly erased by its qualities.
I recommend it for all those wishing to have a complete electronic drum kit, reliable and cheap.
