Bought three days ago and since then used the same time
what I like most is the feeling of being able to play the drums at home without risking to end the post every time you step on a pad. The sounds are of good quality are but I advise those who are just tinkerers and worn on the computer music plug it in for MIDI and to use it in a sequencer with a plug in for the drumkit, the results are amazing and super interesting settings. What I like least is probably the rigidity of the cymbals.
Before making my choice, yes indeed I have tried many different brands and other batteries, after all depends on the budget, but a small model coupled with a good pc and software, and you will not have to be reserved for 'endless studio sessions for your recording sessions. In the long run it's just a thousand times cheaper.
The value for money is great but as I said, I think it makes sense by adding other tools behind.
Yes I would definitely do it again this election. Although I am not drummer I see more and more there are drums and Roland will probably do even great efforts to make this a truly indispensable tool
