Broadway Lites is a virtual instrument featuring 15GB of multi-sample content, with over 20,000 samples of saxophones, trumpets, trombone and clarinet.

In addition to being powered by Kontakt 4 player, Broadway Lites uses the same midi-processing technologies as well as a select portion of instruments and audio content used in Fable Sounds´ Broadway Big Band.

Broadway Lites provides an introduction to emulation of contemporary wind instruments to date, and is suitable for high-end studio work, as well as live shows of any scale, according to the company.

Key Features:

  • 15 GB of multi-sample audio content at 24 bit / 44.1 Khz
  • Over 20,000 unique samples
  • Real note-transition samples, including legatos, glissandos, etc
  • Real-time access to the entire scope of the articulations of each instrument, using the revolutionary 'Virtual Key-Switch’ system, scripted in Kontakt 4 as part of Fable Sounds’ exclusive Broadway Performer technology
  • Midi data morphing for mod-wheel driven crescendos and diminuendos, alternate samples handling (round-robin), including an individual cycle for each note in each level of each articulation, resulting in up to hundreds of individual cycles per instrument.
  • Create and recall snapshots of alternate cycles to lock performance and gain ultimate control
  • Dump & reload articulations of instruments right from the player’s interface, to optimize memory usage
  • MAC Standalone VST, AU, RTAS (under ProTools 8/9) compatible
