Thread 48V phantom Power polarity

Hi there. I have a Joemeek MQ1 that I got without the lead for the 48v phantom power, so I intended to connect a lead to the 3 pins on the MQ1 circuitboard and then connect that to my Behringer b2 pro mic, but when I tested the 3 pins on the MQ1 I found that 2 of them are positive so I do not know which pins are to correspond with pin 1, 2 , and 3 on the xlr plug. Please help!!
