Compact, with 8 separate output, I use for my live sets.

UTILIZATION

Vista drivers not stable, won easily with effects "lofi" horrible when you start working with a lot of resources.
The drivers are not updated often, but the last seem to hold water.

GETTING STARTED

And easy installation without too much trouble, the general config is simple, but there are too many options which I do not use ever. I have not read the manual ...

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 3 years, every day.
At one point during the transition to a new operating system, I had many problems with this card, inadvertent stall, pops, and then at a vista Maj Maj and with the drivers everything is back to normal order. The preamps are pretty good bill. on the other hand light blue ultra powerful LED is really unpleasant in a room ...
I had a Tascam 224 U before it is not the same cam, the 410 is far superior in features. But for 450euros at the time, it is expensive for a card that has only 2 mono input, not really great to catch sounds, and then its incompatibility issues with my laptop was a pain in Largely because of the firewire and drivers.
If I had known I would have opted for a model with more inputs, more stable, despite everything I'm using it still today, it works well without too many problems, it is handy for live, but for my studio work I aim now a more pro like RME. I save!
