I wanted a professional card. computer music see my config for my setup. I do the mastering and production EDM.
UTILIZATION
It is super stable. I've never had a updater since I bought and installed.
I did not push the record several tracks and the latency is mainly defines the firewire driver. See the website of RME fireface about the CPU for more details. Latency I get is just under 10 ms with some optimizations.
GETTING STARTED
Everything is easy to implement, except for Total Mix is clear but the doc and ramp up quickly.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for more than a year. The definition it gives is staggering!
I had m-audio, motu and now I'm thrilled with RME.
I bought used, and the value for money was unbeatable!
