Keyboardsync « RME Fireface 400 »

Well, I found this interface everything I wanted.
Initially a bit expensive (around 800 euros), I use it all the time.
This is not my base station, since I use Prism Orpheus two but it is connected to digital
Prism on my making my Macbook Pro with RME firewire, a second station on which
I play keyboards (Logic or Mainstage) who go to my big digital station mac pro.
I use the Fireface as much stage with my macbook pro and playing mainstage and advantageously replace synths.
I am very happy, even if a patient is high quality converters, I miss the sound of minidac apogee that I had before.
But the number of inputs and outputs and the Virtual Console pemettent to get out of a lot of complicated situations.
I recommend this machine in this price range, and opportunities RME is by far the best brand.
UTILIZATION
Drivers fairly stable, although sometimes it is forced to disconnect because the hot mac lost access to the card.
But it may be a problem ... Apple!

To play live, I first try Native Instruments Kore I hated the sound.
Then Minidac apogge I loved but I needed more inputs and outputs.
