x2442usb best way to set up stage monitors

Hi all
I received an X2442usb mixer with a bundle I got second hand. I have 2 stereo power amps, 2- 2 channel equalizers, and the board. I am not a sound guy but the drummer tasked with running sound gear. I have been using a peavey 8600 powered mixer. Fairly straight forward but limited.
Anyway I have the FOH sound figured out but I am struggling with the best way to set up the stage monitors. Any opinions? I can see there are a few different possibilities but I need to settle on one. I Would LIKE to be able to send a little bit of reverb to the monitors. Seems like aux 1-2 and aux 1-2 out works but a bit troublesome to use the 2 knobs for each channel. Anyway hoping for help with this.
