Mod Kits DIY debuts the Ring Resonator octave-up fuzz guitar effect pedal.
The Ring Resonator is an analogue effect that provides an octave-up fuzz just like the effects found in the late 1960's. It employs transformer-coupled germanium diodes and is powered by a 9V battery. A 9V adapter can be purchased separately.
The Ring Resonator pedal ships as a kit with all the components and pre-drilled circuit. It uses point-to-point wiring.
Price: $64.95
An audio demo of the effect is available at www.modkitsdiy.com.
