Analog fuzz pedals of so-called "boutique" (that is, produced in small series by individuals wishing to make known ..... the guy who invented this pedal has made 50 or so, before stopping the production for lack of money .... mine is the 17th)
the dinosaur of fuzz at Nine Volt Nirvana is the most useful of fuzz pedals that I own! unlike muff type fuzz pedals, here all the nuances of games are faithfully reproduced, it is a pedal with a big sound, but precise, and it possesses two types of settings for bypass: a classic fuzz on the lead channel (bypass left) and boust a fuzz over the bypass and rhythmic 2 (right) for solo ... in regard to knobs, 4 available, volume-tone-gain rhythm and a more hidden inside trimpot for fine-tuning the knobs feedback.le rhythm is controlled only when the second bypass (the boost) is engaged, and gives the attack. fuzz sound when it was HUGE moving from a Fuzz Face Big Muff has no problem playing with the tone and gain!

UTILIZATION

The use of this pedal is relatively simple, it is far from a fuzz factory!
the sound is really interresting in any setting and is the kind of pedal is used excessively in concert! the manual supplied with the box is in English but easy to dip, it even explains how to change what one did its different!
it's a pedal that can not use both before and after a wah, is that it works very well losque mixed with other effects.

SOUND QUALITY

I use a Fender Frontman 212R with a jaguar kills severe HH is ca! the effect is particularly significant respects your using as it shades of games while sending a huge wall of fuzz ......... frankly and without hesitation I can do without all my other pedals for fuzz if I asked to choose between dino fuzz and another!

OVERALL OPINION

I received not long ago and it really kills, even her look like "denver the dinosaur 90 years" with its flashy colors painted by hand ... in fact even the name of the knobs are carved by hand!
the feature that I dislike a bit is the abscence of led to see how the pedal is on neither the bypass or a bypass of two has led to state .. but hey, I'm not deaf ...
I bought this pedal on ebay $ 150, is frankly that makes him so rare for a pedal!

The Nine Volt Nirvana Dinosaur Fuzz is a somewhat unknown and rare fuzz, overdrive and distortion box for electric guitar. This is a really versatile pedal and can get a nice array of different overdriven sounds. The pedal has standard 1/4" connections for input and output and boats what is kind of two channels. It's not rackable as it's a stomp box.

UTILIZATION

The configuration of the Nine Volt Nirvana Dinosaur Fuzz isn't hard to follow at all. As a precursor, I've found that the controls on here are pretty sensitive. It's got knobs for volume, tone, gain, and rhythm volume, with buttons for bypassing and engaging the latter parameter. I haven't seen the manual for this pedal if there is one.

SOUND QUALITY

I can't say enough about the great sound that emanates from Nine Volt Nirvana Dinosaur Fuzz pedal! I love that it's possible to get a wide array of different sounds and it's not just limited to be a fuzz box. It's definitely best for getting fuzz, but it's also a great overdrive box when used more subtly at lower levels. I really love the way this pedal breaks up, as it's truly a huge sound in a small box. Unlike most fuzz boxes, it's got a really open sound...

OVERALL OPINION

I don't know how hard it would be to find a new or used Nine Volt Nirvana Dinosaur Fuzz pedal, as I'm not sure if they're still being made or not. There should be some floating about out there if you're in the market for a used one, and it's definitely a pedal I'd recommend exploring as it's really unlike any other that I've used before. I wouldn't recommend it if you're after strictly an overdrive box, but if you want an awesome fuzz pedal that has flexibility beyond your average fuzz box, the Dinosaur Fuzz pedal is definitely something you need to try out.
