I got the voodoo lab superfuzz from guitar center hollywood and paid $100 for it.

This pedal has awesome tone, you can go from light fuzz to light overdrive to heavy fuzz and overdrive. Definitly has sweet spots.

The footswitch on the pedal is kind of messed up. Sometimes when I push it, it goes really loud or really quiet. Also, the resonance control is pretty weak, its hard to tell a difference unless you have it all the way up all the way down or in the middle.

This pedal is very sturdy the only problem with it is the footswitch.

Overall it's tone is very good, voodoo lab spend an extra 50 cents and buy a better foot switch!

The Superfuzz is a clone of the Jordan Bosstones Fuzz in 1968, this prs it is enriched with two CONTRL supplmentaires: Resonance and Tone. The purpose can vary as the color of this vintage Fuzz trs. The technology is 100% analog, the switch is true bypass, the Aluminum Casing trusted, the connection is Reduces to a minimum (input and output, power supply 9VDC center ngatif). A 9V battery is intgre, but not the transformer (standard Boss PSA). We must remove 4 screws to remove the bottom and accder the battery.

UTILIZATION

4 potentiomtres can rgler rate fuzz (rising quickly and trs trs in high gain), the output volume, the rate of serious harmonics (resonance), and act on the mdiums (tone). All this provides a fairly wide range of fuzz, from the vintage voicing a fairly modern bluesy or trs.

SOUND QUALITY

Fuzz is a pure juice that can approach Fawn convincing both the sound of Jimi massacring Star Spangled Banner as the Gilmour solo on Time. From this point of view, I would say that here is an alternative to trs INTERESTED Fuzz Face and MRIT that throws one ear before making his choice.

I use it for 4 months to cts of OCD, a BB Preamp, a T-Rex Mller and a Big Muff Pi pedals This is a Character trs pronounced but nevertheless offers a possibility of ventail wide enough for a fuzz. The report price is quality and I almost imabattable Do not hesitate to buy it back ... Moreover, I have since my first copy silent dfectueux (mass problem). If you are lucky enough to get a Possession of a copy (free of default), it's a safe bet he will never leave your set.

Personally, this is my PDAL prfrect her, my incomparable oreilles.Polyvalence provides (in good quality! (Not always the case, often worry , unless you're doing any good): Hendrix, Stones in old fuzz type Symapthy for the devil ... Type Vintage.Je fan
Problem is the quality indoor, my copy seems to have died APRS to change three times the switch. (Note to change as I switch my trmolo VoodooLab ago let go of the brand) Same for a friend. I will buy another for her but I will fight for an extended warranty on a case-o. So in gnral 10/10, 4 / 10 to toughness and lack of srieux of ct-l.

I received it this afternoon ... I only played 2 / 3 hours (vox ac 30 c2 + telecaster) ... Fuzz This is simply GREAT!

Versatile, super quiet, grain balanced practice at PSU ... In short, all the qualities I was looking for!
I have a lot of fuzz and have tried many, the superfuzz did not really super good looks (arff!) but for me it is one of the best fuzz on the market all price ranges combined.

Many accuse him of sounding a bit too "overdrive" at times, but it's just due to his knob "resonance" which pushed back, compresses the sound a bit and makes it more modern bass boost (with other fuzz I used a tube screamer behind sometimes nothing to round sound with that fuzz is no longer necessary.). Everything will depend on your settings ... resonance at 0 we end up with the legendary fuzz Bosstones 60's!
Grain level, it transports you to the fuzzface Tonebender way, therefore, by the sounds more "modern". PERFECT !!!!!!!

Happy with this purchase, I urge anyone looking for a good versatile fuzz, or at least to test absolutely!

The Superfuzz is a '68 Jordan Bosstone Fuzz clone with two additional controls (Resonance and Tone). These two controls are intended to add sound alternatives to this vintage fuzz effect. OVERALL OPINION

I've been using it for four months with an OCD, a BB Preamp, a T-Rex Møller and a Big Muff Pi. This pedal has a strong sound character but does provide a pretty large sound range for a fuzz. The value for money is almost unbeatable and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again... and I actually did already because the first one I bought was faulty (ground problems). If you have the opportunity to get one, I bet you you won't take it off your setup anymore.
