Value For Money :
Excellent
Installing a little long with samples and instruments against virtuels.Par I struggled a bit with the dongle to get the license for my pc music is not connected with internet ... more must then explore internet as my internet pc is under linux I had to pique my wife's laptop to recover licence.voila aprem of a bloody but finished installation. No manual, I had protools 10 with eleven therefore rack while benef.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
Pc dual core E7200 motherboard assus P5Q with 4GB of ram, 3 DD, windows seven 32-bit and eleven rack everything works great, no worries it rolls niquel. Protool is super stable I use it for 1 year now and it's only happiness, not a single crash I made more audio noon and it is better thought all DAW I tried. (Sonar, Cubase, Traktion)
OVERALL OPINION
I tried a lot of software (sonar, cubase, Tracktion) and I pushed all the protools 10 (no need to insult me this is only my opinion!) In any case, I understand that this is the industry standard. This is a very well thought out software which saves a lot of time, at least for audio, (I do very little for MIDI and I made it suits me). Some find that it does not have there a difference between the audio engine and although I do not agree. Having tried the same session across multiple software I just hear the sound difference is clearer more defined with protools. I do not have a 64-bit configuration so that little change that. At least for me and my setup is that of happiness.
Less, it is slow to start, and then that's it.
Most, easy to configure, it follows a certain logic hardware console and who knows the path of the sound is very easy to navigate.
In any case I love protools and I will not change for anything else.
price / quality ratio is excellent for me as I had with the eleven rack.
